If you've ever seen any of the terminator films you will know that his cyborg type eye was used for identifying people and zooming into his targets.Well the future is now and we are close to having somewhat of a cyborg eye type thing that could be placed onto a humans eye. "According to the developers at Washington University, users could view floating emails and text messages as well as augment their sight with computer-generated images." The bionic contact lens could be revolutionary, but people always talk about the damage you can get from standing to close to the television. Imagine what sorts of damage could be caused by having one directly on your eye. A short obstacle the researches are having is finding a decent power source for the lens to work.

Turn it UP!

 For many, Music is an essential tool for getting through tasks and difficult times. Their is a science to it being that "The first music encoded deep within your memory are the earliest vibrations — the comforting rhythms of your mother’s heartbeat". These first sounds will stay with us for the rest of our lives which is a factor in why music can sooth a persons mind. It is said that certain songs may even help you recall memories of a persons past.In fact Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords used music therapy to help her learn to talk again. Apparently the process has a name called "The Kenny Rogers Effect". Kenny roger was a country singer who's songs have helped stroke patients bring back parts of the brain that may have been damaged.

Zombie sighting...Oh No! Their has certainly been a strange series of events that have taken place in the Sunshine state of Florida. A man was found naked eating off the face of another person. Its being said that the reason behind this is being caused by the form of a new LSD drug, "Bath Salts". The Synthetic LSD is said to give the user excited delirium as well as "Super Strength". Strangely enough just a few weeks prior to the incident a toxic barrel washed up along the shore of Hollywood beach, Florida with No idea as to its contents and where it even came from. Check It





                                                       To further entice you conspiracy theorists, just a few blocks down from where the barrel was found McArthur High School in Hollywood was reportedly quarantined due to students and teachers reporting some sort of a rash. My Reference: Here

Now am not much of a believer when it comes to these sorts of happenings but theirs to much facts out right now that it cant really be denied that some of these cases go hand and hand in relation with each other but then again it could all just be coincidences taking place from left to right and back.

In NBC's show Heroes an eclipse is very symbolic and represents a new age in super human powers. Some of the characters gained their powers from the eclipse when in reality looking into an eclipse can cause severe damage to the human eye. The lunar-solar alignment took place on Monday (4/22/2012) morning and was viewed by millions of people in some parts of Asia and The Western U.S .Doctors warned viewers to not stare into the eclipse because of incidents where people have lost their sight in doing so. Since the ancient times their have been recordings of Spectators who have gone blind.With the proper protection you could feel free to look at the sight when ever you'd like."Doctors and education official;s have warned of eye injuries from improper viewing. Before the event started, Japan's Education Minister Hirofumi Hirano demonstrated how to use eclipse glasses in a televised news conference.". NASA sells these specialized designed filter glasses that allow for you to view the sun as well but No.14 Welders glasses work just as fine. "In the most famous case of all, Isaac Newton tried looking at the sun in a mirror, essentially blinding himself for three days and experiencing afterimages for months"

With the school year coming to an end, students are beginning to slack off and not worry about classes. Stress is beginning to build up as we cram Test guide answers for the qualifying which is less then a week away and our brains begin to fry up. Their are many contributing factors to stress, but according to psychologist Robert Epstein the best way to cope with it is to Avoid it entirely. In my case iv'e been avoiding the stress of passing the exam by studying for two weeks in advance for it.
